When St. Thomas the Apostle visited Kerala (in India), he performed many miracles for the people living there.
One popular example is Chatukulam ("The Lake of the Whip" or so) which was created after St. Thomas used a whip on some barren land to turn it into a river.
Upon speaking to people, I have also uncovered that the other miracle that was seen by the people was how St. Thomas made water float in thin air.
